I'm back after having should surgery. I had to have my biceps tendon reattached after tearing it off last year. It was supposed to be a simple orthoscopic surgery, but they ended up having to open up my left biceps to be able to find the tendon. I woke up with a terrible pain in my left arm. My wife told me they had to cut me about 3.5 inches and said if I tore it again, they wouldn't be able to fix it again.
